The installment plan consist of 6 payments of $100 (fees not included). In order to attend the event, all 6 payments must be made in full. If not, we will refund your initial payments. Keep an eye out for email updates letting you know when each installment is available for purchase. REFUND POLICY
CANCELLATION DEADLINES:
60 day deadline - May 13, 2013 - full refund of registration fee.
30 day deadline - June 12, 2013 - 1/2 refund of registration fee.
Cancellations received after June 12, 2013 will forfeit their registration fee.
Refund policy applies only to registration and meals fees paid. Lodging refunds are the responsiblity of the student, not the conference..
Orlando Airport Marriott
The Orlando Airport Marriott is located minutes from the Orlando Airport and provides FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE between the hotel and the airport.
The hotel has a couple of restaurants and a sandwich/coffee cafe.
A state of the art fitness center is available for those wanting to keep their work-out going while attending Gideon. So, instead of walking up and down the mountains of Ridgecrest, we've provided a gym.
The hotel has numerous alcoves, couches and sitting areas to cover all your networking needs.
